About Charlene:

Charlene is passionate about helping people discover how to live their best, most authentic lives. She works from a person centered, strengths-based perspective with both adults and children. Charlene believes in empowering clients to work through current struggles and past traumas using a variety of interventions including EMDR, Brainspotting, client centered therapy, play therapy, somatic processing, Trauma-Focused CBT, and DBT.

Charlene has worked extensively with the foster and adoptive community and enjoys working with people who are parenting children who have been exposed to traumatic situations. Charlene is trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and is currently training in Theraplay. She uses tools from both in working with parents and families to help them gain their goals of close, connected, healthy families and children.
