He spent two and a half years working with troubled teens at a youth residential treatment facility in Idaho. Immediately prior to his employment at HCBH he worked as a clinician in a private practice, also in Idaho. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and specializes in couple and family counseling.
R. Nick Baird

Nick Baird has began working at HCBH as the Accounting Manager in January of 2010. Nick graduated from Evanston High School and went to Argentina as an LDS missionary for two years where he became fluent in Spanish. After he returned, Nick went to Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs to study Accounting. After one year at WWCC he moved on to the University of Wyoming and studied Accounting, Spanish and Banking and Financial Services. After graduating from UW, Nick went to work for 1st Bank where he enjoyed banking and the changing banking environment for about 4 years.
Dinah J.P. Villanueva, LPC

Dinah began work at HCBH in 2005. Dinah provides individual, couple, family, and group counseling. She has mainly worked with adolescents and adults with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. She also collaborates with the staff at Lincoln Self Reliance, the Lincoln County Sherriff’s Department, South Lincoln Medical Center, and the school counselors with individuals who may need mental health services. She is a certified practitioner for the Positive Parenting Programs (Triple P) to help parents increase their parenting skills. In addition, Dinah oversees the substance abuse program in the Kemmerer Center. She also volunteered to focus part of her work in working with the elderly.
Brent Westover, PMFT

Brent joined the HCBH team in January of 2010. Much of Brent’s experience has been working with issues such as mental health, communication, affairs, domestic violence, sexual disorders, pornography addictions, family and relational functioning. He has also worked with community corrections, dealing with substance abuse, sex offenses, and anger management. Brent hopes to use these experiences in contributing to his work at HCBH with couples, families, individuals and groups.
Todd began working at HCBH in January 2010. he is currently working part-time at HCBH on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Mr. Bader also has a private practice in Evanston, Wyoming. Todd likes to spend time with his friends and family.
Carolyn Carlson
Office Manager
Carolyn has worked as the office assistant in the HCBH Kemmerer office since June 2004 and recently became Office Manager in October 2009. She came to the Kemmerer area in 1999 after graduating from Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah to visit a friend and 9 years later she is living in Kemmerer with her husband and 3 children. Carolyn and her family enjoy boating, camping, snowmobiling and spending time together.
Elizabeth Slaughter
Office Assistant
Elizabeth joined the Kemmerer High Country Behavioral Health office in November 2009 as the Office Assistant. Elizabeth enjoys spending time in the outdoors and time with her family and friends.
Brittany Ritter
Prevention Coordinator
Brittany is currently the Program Manager for the Lincoln County Tobacco Prevention Program and Prevention Coordinator. She has retained this position for the past 4 years and became Prevention Coordinator in April 2010. Brittany has an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and previously worked in the clinical setting. She currently resides in Kemmerer with her husband Brett and daughter Madison. During her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time outside snowmobiling, riding horses, and spending time with her family.
